Basic yoga is a slow-paced stretching class with some breathing exercises and with no flow between poses. This is the perfect place to start if you are a beginner or if you have only practiced yoga ocasionally.This class is recommended for those who want to learn relaxation techniques, beginner poses and become comfortable with yoga.
Intermediate yoga
After a short pranayama session (breathing exercises), the class advances into an invigorating sequence of classical hatha yoga postures with emphasis on breathing and relaxation. The aim is to work progressively towards holding the postures for longer periods of time in order to achieve physical, mental and spiritual relaxation – the key experience of yoga.
Advanced yoga
If you are keen to deepen your experience further, then the advanced class is for you. This class will keep you challenged by guiding you through more advanced postures and extended pranayama practice. Postures will be held for increasingly prolonged periods of time, stilling the mind into silence.
