Hi, I am Ulrike
I discovered yoga while working at an advertising agency in New York City. Seven years into my job, I was burnt out, disillusioned by the corporate world, and looking for something more meaningful. There was a studio next to the office where I began taking classes. It started with two days a week, but within six months, I was a daily student. I started leaving work early to get to my favorite teacher’s classes, and very quickly, I realized my yoga was more important than my job.
I would love to help you find the magic in your yoga practice on and off the mat and to soften into your personal flow. With over 20 years of practicing and teaching yoga I have experienced yoga as so much more than bringing the foot behind your head, and I’m happy to share my best tools with you.Yoga to me is the practice of keeping our channels open, so we can fully receive the gift of being alive in this body. To soften into a place of less resistance, cultivate more trust in ourselves and create more flow in our everyday life.
